Setting up a short-term rental is not the same as decorating a home. The setup process, stage by stage
- Consultation — we discuss the apartment, your target guest, your budget and your timeline, in person or by video call.
- Layout and concept — we study the floor plan, plan circulation and sleeping capacity, and present mood boards and 3D visuals so you approve the result before anything is bought.
- Sourcing and procurement — furniture, lighting, textiles, kitchen equipment and decoration are ordered and consolidated for delivery.
- Installation — delivery, assembly and placement, managed by the studio so you do not have to coordinate trades.
- Styling and handover — a final styling pass, then the apartment is handed over ready for professional photography and publication.

A short-term rental in Dubai is a regulated activity. Holiday homes are registered and permitted through the Department of Economy and Tourism, and a unit is expected to meet a consistent standard of safety, equipment and presentation.
